Meet Our Dogs

We currently have 3 labs - 2 chocolates and a black. We lost our Bella in March 2023 to cancer, but keep her profile in honor of the unconditional love that she gave us. Our labs get lots of love and attention from everyone in the household, and are treasured members of our family!

Cajun Queen Khaleesi

Khalee is our newest addition, and we purchased her just before the Covid pandemic. She is very soon to be 5yrs old and the epitome of a chocolate retriever ----- play, play, play!

She absolutely loves the water and has been known to dismember a lamb chop toy in record time! She is one
smart girl and can be quite creative when it comes to sneaking food and finding my shoes!

Trick Daddy Coubrough

Trick is our 12yr old stud dog and has sired 2 litters with Bella and 1 with Khalee. He has completed 2 UKC hunt tests at the Alamo Retriever Club in San Antonio, TX for which he has 2 ribbons. He has also been OFA certified for both hips and elbows.

Trick is the sire of our most recent litter! He loves hanging out with his new little brother, Rupert, and camping with the big boys (my son & friends). He is both a loveable, energetic family dog and an avid waterfowl retriever!

Bayou Bleux Phillipe

Our boy, Bayou, is10 yrs old. He is also a descendant of the Mayo Kellogg line of pointing retrievers, with a full pedigree of field trial champions.

He is extremely energetic and one of the most loveable labs you'll ever meet. He is all about play time, whether its with his human or animal companions!

Bayou is the sire of our last litter with Bella, and made some extraordinary puppies!

Bayou Bella Luna

Bella was our pride and joy and was a descendant of the Mayo Kellogg line of pointing retrievers.

Bella was the absolute diva of our house, and enjoyed walks and daily afternoon naps. We lost her in March of 2023 and are still heartbroken that she is no longer with her pack.
